At Vast Made by Africa, we take pride in crafting each product with meticulous attention to detail. Please note that all our items are made to order, requiring a manufacturing period of +/- 3 days before shipment.​

Order Processing:

• Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, shipping times vary based on your location:​​

  • International: 5 - 7 days​

   

Shipping Rates:​

• International: FREE SHIPPING for orders over $1500 & a flat rate of $35 for orders less than $1500​

Order Tracking:

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your order's progress.​

Customs and Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.​

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

Return Policy:

• If you wish to make a return, please contact our sales team at info@vastmadebyafrica.com within

  7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original

  condition.

Exchange Policy:

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items of equal value.​

• Process: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.​

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as custom-made products or intimate apparel, are not eligible for return or exchange.​

Return Shipping Costs:

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.​

• Other Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.​
